OmniVision's OV04690 is a high performance 4-megapixel image sensor that delivers excellent sensitivity and very high dynamic range (HDR).

The sensor is ideal for car DVR and autonomous vehicle applications.

The OV04690 image sensor utilizes OmniBSI™-2 technology to deliver industry leading sensitivity and extended dynamic range up to 120 dB in 3-exposure staggered HDR mode. It features a simple, low-power and cost-effective system. The 1/2.9-inch sensor supports an active array of 2688 x 1520 pixels, supports 10-bit RAW image output, and delivers up to 90 frames per second. The OV04690 fits into a compact 11 x 11 mm package.
