描述 Description

The NT1713 series are the 1-cell protection IC forlithium-ion/lithium-polymer rechargeable battery pack.The high accuracy voltage detector and delay timecircuits are built in NT1713 series with state-of-artdesign and process.

To minimize power consumption, NT1713 seriesactivates power down mode when an over-dischargeevent is detected (for power-down mode enabledversion). Besides, NT1713 series performs protectionfunctions with four external components forminiaturized PCB.

The tiny package is especially suitable for compactportable device, i.e. slim mobile phone and Bluetoothearphone.
