描述 Description

NCS333 是一款精度运算放大器，具有极低输入偏移电压（最大 10 µV）和随时间和温度的近零漂移。此高精度、低静止电流放大器具有高阻抗输入以及超过轨 100 mV 的共模范围，以及 50 mV 轨内的轨对轨输出摆幅。NCS333 具有从 1.8 V 到 5.5 V 的宽电源范围（对于双电源则为 ±0.9 V 到 ±2.75 V）。NCS333 系列具有卓越的 CMRR，且不会出现传统互补输出级常见的交叉。此设计产生了卓越的性能，用于驱动模拟-数字转换器 (ADC) 而不会出现差分线性性能下降。NCS333 采用紧凑的 SC70−5 和 SOT23−5 封装，规定运行温度范围为 −40°C 到 +105°C。NCV333 是汽车认证版本，采用 SOT23−5 封装，规定运行温度范围为 −40°C 到 +125°C。
