General Description

The NCP81428 is a PMBus® enabled, 12 V, 50 A resettable in−line

fuse designed for comprehensive protection against over current

events, over voltage events, short circuit events, and excessive inrush

current. The NCP81428 consists of a 0.65 m NMOS FET, a high

performance Hot−Swap Controller, and a Non−Volatile Memory

(NVM) all co−packaged into a LQFN32 package. The NCP81428 can

be configured as a single−phase solution, or in multi−phase as a

Master or a Slave to support higher current applications.
