The NCP1096 is a PoE-PD interface ASSP that contains all features needed to implement an IEEE 802.3af,-3at, and -3bt application.This includes detection, classification, and current limiting during the inrush phase.The NCP1096 supports high power applications up to 90W.A power good and PSE type pin guarantee a proper enabling/disabling of the DC/DC for type I, II, II and IV operation.
