Plastic TO–220 PackageFeatures mesa epitaxial construction with glass passivation. Ideally suited high frequency switching power supplies; free wheeling diodes; polarity protection diodes; and inverters.

• Ultrafast 50 Nanoseconds Recovery Time
• Stable, High Temperature, Glass Passivated Junction
• Monolithic Dual Die Construction.
