16 Bit 64KSPS 六通道仿真前端模数转换器

本芯片是一款面向工业电能计量或多通道模拟输入等通用应用的6通道模拟输入前端(AFE) 处理器。配有6个16位A/D转换通道,在声带信号带宽下,各通道均可实现77dB的信噪比。同时集成一个可编程输入增益放大器(PGA),增益设置分为8级:从0dB至38dB。本芯片特别适用于工业电能计量,因为各通道同时进行采样,可将转换间的时间(相位)延迟降至极低水平。本芯片与国外产品AD73360管脚兼容,可实现替代,芯片的功能结构框图如下图所示: • 通道数:6\n• 转换位数:16Bit\n• 最大采样率:64KSPS\n• 电源电压:2.7~5.5V\n• 时钟速率:256/512/768×Fs\n• 信噪比:77dB@8KHz输入\n• PGA 配置范围:0~38dB\n• 群延迟:25μs/ADC通道\n• 最大功耗:80mW@2.7V\n• 封装:SOIC28/TQFP44;
