描述 Description
The MS18312 is a single channel, wide input range, load switch with configurable rise time and with smart indicator of Un-plugging/Fault. It monitors the forward voltage drop across the MOSFET to turn off internal MOS when the load current is small or reversing conducting. FLG is the indicator pin for Un-plugging and Fault. When the input is removed, or the fault occurs, the FLG outputs low. The FLG can be used to drive external MOSFET for synchronized discharging output rails. The MS18311 is offered in 2x2 DFN-8 package.
