描述 Description
The MPXV5100 series piezoresistive transducer provides a state-of-the-art monolithic silicon pressure sensor designed for a wide range of medical and industrial applications, including patient monitoring, process and pump/motor controls, and pressure switching.
Combines advanced micromachining techniques, thin-film metallization, and bipolar processing to provide an accurate, high-level analog output signal, proportional to the applied pressure
Delivers a patented, single-element transducer in the small outline package (SOP)
Easy-to-use chip carrier option
