描述 Description

The MP86935 is a monolithic half-bridge driver with built-in internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It can achieve up to 60A of continuous output current (IOUT) across a wide input voltage (VIN) range.

The device operates between 100kHz and 3MHz, and is capable of driving up to 60A per phase. The integrated drivers and MOSFETs provide high efficiency by optimizing the dead time and reducing parasitic inductance.

The MP86935 offers many features to simplify system design, and works with controllers with a tri-state pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal. It also comes with accurate current-sensing (Accu-Sense™) to monitor the inductor current, and temperature-sensing to report the junction temperature.

The device is ideal for server applications where efficiency and size are at a premium.

The MP86935 is available in a TLGA-35 (3mmx6mm) package.
