描述 Description

The MP3446U is a high-efficiency, current-mode, synchronous boost controller with a wide 6V to 55V input voltage (VIN) range. It can operate at multiple phases for high-power applications. The MP3446U also has the capability to drive 10V MOSFETs, which greatly improves efficiency and minimizes power loss.

The MP3446U provides either an I2C interface or serial peripheral interface (SPI) to configure certain key operating parameters, such as the switching frequency (fSW), current limit, light-load mode, spread spectrum, dead time, soft-start time, and slope compensation. fSW can be adjusted from 250kHz to 2.5MHz or be directly synchronized to the external source.

The MP3446U also includes under-voltage lockout (UVLO), current limiting, and thermal shutdown protection.

The MP3446U is available in a QFN-21 (5mmx5mm) package.
