The i.MX RT1064 builds on the popular i.MX RT series and is the first i.MX RT family to include On-Chip flash. The i.MX RT1064 provides 4MB On-Chip flash, 1MB the On-Chip SRAM while keeping pin-to-pin compatibility with i.MX RT1050 and RT1060. The i.MX RT1064 runs on the Arm® Cortex®-M7 core at 600 MHz.\nThis device is fully supported by NXP’s MCUXpresso Software and Tools, a comprehensive and cohesive set of free software development tools for Kinetis, LPC and i.MX RT microcontrollers.
