描述 Description

The ASIC device UTC MD9110 motror controller and driver isdesigned with two-channel push-pull power amplifier discretecircuits integrated into a monolithic IC, and peripheral devicesreduce the cost, improve the reliability of all. This chip has twoTTL / CMOS compatible output, with high reliability; Two outputterminals can directly drive the motor forward or reverse. It has alarge current driving capability, each channel through 750~800mA of continuous current, peak current capability up to1.5~2.0A, and it has a low output saturation voltage; built-inclamp diode which can release the reverse current of theinductive load. UTC MD9110 is widely used in toy car motor,stepper motor or switching power tube.
