描述 Description
The UTC MC34262 is an active power factor controller thatfunctions as a boost preconverter in electronic ballast and in off-linepower converter applications.These integrated circuits feature an internal startup timer forstand-alone applications, one quadrant multiplier for near unitypower factor, zero current detector to ensure critical conductionoperation, transconductance error amplifier, quick start circuit forenhanced startup, trimmed internal bandgap reference, currentsensing comparator, and a totem pole output ideally suited fordriving a power MOSFET.The multi-protection function of UTC MC34262 can greatlyenhance the system reliability and safety.
