MAX3873为紧凑的、低功耗2.488Gbps/2.67Gbps时钟恢复和数据再定时IC,适用于SDH/SONET应用。锁相环(PLL)从串行NRZ数据输入恢复出同步时钟信号。输入数据由恢复后的时钟再定时,提供干净的数据输出。MAX3873符合所有的SDH/SONET抖动规范,在频率捕获过程中,无需外部辅助的参考时钟,并且提供出色的系统和随机抖动容差。MAX3873提供PLL时钟失锁(/LOL)输出,用于指示CDR是否处于锁相状态。恢复后的数据和时钟均采用CML输出,每条线上具有片内50Ω后端匹配电阻。如果不使用时钟,则可以关断其输出。\n MAX3873采用Maxim的第二代SiGe处理工 \n• 完全集成的时钟恢复和数据再定时 \n• 功耗:+3.3V供电时仅为260mW \n• 时钟抖动:5mUIRMS \n• 超出ANSI、ITU和Bellcore SDH/SONET抖动规范要求 \n• 差分输入范围:50mVP-P至1.6VP-P \n• +3.3V单电源 \n• 具有PLL快速跟踪(FASTRACK)模式 \n• 时钟输出可被禁止 \n• 输入数据速率:2.488Gbps或2.67Gbps \n• 可选择的输出幅度 \n• 允许2000个连续的相同数字 \n• 时钟失锁指示 \n• 差分CML数据和时钟输出 \n• 工作温度范围:-40°C至+85°C;
