The MAX17830 is Maxim's second-generation, high-voltage battery-management solution. With higher accuracy, safety-enabling features, and an automotive-hardened SMBus ladder, the MAX17830 sets many industry firsts for the developing electric vehicle market.

The industry's first 80V-tolerant 12-cell device, the MAX17830 has been put through rigorous testing to ensure operation under the most hostile of EMC/EMI environments.
