描述 Description

This Triac is packaged in TO-220AB package, which has a maximum on-state current RMS of 8A.

Available as High Reliability device per MIL-PRF-19500 indicate –HR suffix after the part number. Contact for -HR flow. Add \"PBF\" suffix for Pb-free lead finish.

应用 Application

Triacs are used for industrial and commercial applications for full wave control of ac loads. Triacs are used in control circuits, heater and motor controls and other switching applications.
