描述 Description

The MA46H146 is a galliumarsenide flip chip multiplier varactor. These devicesare facilitated on MOVPE epitaxial wafers using aprocess designed for high device uniformity andextremely low parasitics. These flip-chip diodes arefully passivated with silicon nitride and have anadditional polymide layer for scratch protection. Theprotective coatings prevent damage to the junctionduring automated or manual handling. The flip chipconfiguration is suitable for pick and place insertion.These GaAs flip chip devices are ideally suited formillimeter wave frequency tunable filters, whereextremely low parasitics are required to maintainreasonable Q. In addition, this product can be usedin multiplier circuits, for 2X and 3X outputfrequencies in the millimeter wave frequency bands
