GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The MA2012 is a current mode step-up LED driver intended for small, low power

applications. The LED driver input voltage ranging is from 3.5V to 28V. The 600KHz

switching frequency allows small external inductors. Internal power MOSFET with very low

RDS(ON) provides high efficiency. The LED driver also requires protection functions such as

input Under-Voltage Lock-Out, output Over Voltage Protection, Current Limit and Thermal

Shutdown. The MA2012 is available in SOP8L-EP package.
