描述 Description

The NuMicro M254SE3AE 32-bit microcontroller is based on Arm Cortex-M23 core using Armv8-M architecture with COM/SEG LCD driver. It runs up to 48 MHz and features 128 Kbytes Flash, 16 Kbytets SRAM, 1.75V ~ 5.5V wide operating voltage, 5V I/O tolerance, and -40℃ to +105℃ operating temperature. 

M254SE3AE includes a 8 x 28, 6 x 30, 4 x 32 COM/SEG LCD driver with selectable bias voltage and duty, and it also built-in charge-pump to support 3V to 5V wide voltage of LCD panel. 

M254SE3AE provides plenty of peripherals such as Timers, Watchdog Timers, RTC, 5 channels of PDMA, 3 sets of UART, 1 setof Universal Serial Control Interface (USCI), 1 set of SPI/ I²S, 1 set of I²C, 1 set of ISO-7816-3, 6 channels of basic PWM, making it highly suitable for connecting comprehensive external modules. It also integrates high performance analog circuit, such as 16 channels of 12-bit 730 kSPS ADC, and a temperature sensor to reduce external components. 

Supported packages LQFP64 (7mm x 7mm) with pin-compatible for different part numbers make the system design and parts change easily.
