描述 Description
The high-speed photocoupler consist of a high efficiency AlGaAs Light Emitting Diode and a high speed optical detector featuring a high-speed response from 100kbd to 15Mbd and a wide variety of DIP, SOP and LSOP package that can be surface mounted.The high-speed photocoupler can meet the wide range of application with the propagation delay time as low as 60ns.
