描述 Description

The LTC771 single CMOS operational amplifier combines high slew rate and bandwidth, rail-to-rail input and output swing, high output drive, and excellent dc precision. The device provides 11.3V/μs of slew rate and 12MHz of bandwidth while only consuming 0.85mA of supply current per channel. This ac performance is much higher than current competitive CMOS amplifiers. The rail-to-rail input and output swing and high output drive make this device a good choice for driving the analog input or reference of analog-to-digital converters. The LTC771 also has low distortion while driving a 600Ω load for use in a wide range of systems. This amplifier has a 7.2μVPP input voltage noise and a 1pA input bias current for measurement, medical, and industrial applications.

The LTC771 op-amp is specified for single or dual power supplies of +2.3V to +6.0V. All models are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of −40℃ to +125℃. 

The LTC771 is available in Green 5-lead SC70 and SOT-23, and 8-lead SOIC packages.
