描述 Description
The UTC LM5954 is a low ground current linear regulator whichoperates with input voltage from 6.5V ~ 25V and delivers outputcurrent up to 300mA. Typical dropout voltage is only 450mV at300mA loading.The UTC LM5954 has many protection functions including overtemperature and current limit which prevent the device fromthermal over-load and current over-load.
