描述 Description

LD7781 is a PWM controller designed for dual output half-bridge LLC resonant converter. The HV start-up circuit is embedded for quick AC start-up. A 600V gate driver is implemented to simplify the external circuits. The dual feedback system is designed to control the dual output LLC system. A specially designed communication interface is designed to communicate with the Leadtrend corresponding PFC IC, ex. LD7681. The burst mode is enabled at light load for better power saving. A suite of protection is embedded to promise a safe operating at any abnormal condition which includes capacitive mode protection (CMP), over current protection (OCP), open loop protection (OLP), over voltage protection (OVP), over temperature protection (OTP) and input brown-out.LD7781 is available in a SOP-16 package.
