描述 Description

The ISO7741-W-Q1 device is high-performance, quad-channel digital isolator with 5700VRMS isolation ratings per UL 1577. This device has reinforced insulationratings according to VDE, CSA, TUV and CQC.
The ISO7741-W-Q1 device provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at lowpower consumption, while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os. Each isolation channel has a logicinput and output buffer separated by a double capacitive silicon dioxide(SiO2) insulation barrier. This device comes with enable pins which can beused to put the respective outputs in high impedance for multi-master driving applications and toreduce power consumption. The ISO7741-W-Q1 device has three forward and one reverse-directionchannels. If the input power or signal is lost, default output is high for devices without suffix F and low for devices with suffix F. See the Device Functional Modessection for further details.
Used in conjunction with isolated power supplies, this device helps prevent noisecurrents on data buses, such as CAN and LIN, or other circuits from entering the local ground andinterfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry. Through innovative chip design and layouttechniques, electromagnetic compatibility of the ISO7741-W-Q1 device has been significantlyenhanced to ease system-level ESD, EFT, surge, and emissions compliance. The ISO7741-W-Q1 device isavailable in 16-pin extra-wide SOIC package.
