IP6351/IP6351S是一款集成升压转换器、锂电池充电管理多功能电源管理SoC，为便携式风扇应用提供完整的解决方案。\r\n\r\n IP6351/IP6351S的高集成度与丰富功能，使其在应用时仅需极少的外围器件，并有效减小整体方案的尺寸，降低BOM成本。\r\n\r\n IP6351/IP6351S集成一个同步升压DC-DC转换器。DC-DC转换器工作在700KHz，可以支持低成本电感和电容，输出电压为5V/7V/9V，输出功率为7W，转换效率90%。\r\n\r\n IP6351/IP6351S采用线性充电技术，提供最大1A充电电流，内置 1，同步开关升压\r\n1A同步开关升压，内置MOS\r\n升压效率90%\r\n2，线性充电\r\n自适应充电电流调节，匹配所有适配器\r\n充电电压精度：±0.5%；\r\n支持4.20V、4.30V、4.35V和4.4V电池\r\n3，风速和充电指示\r\n支持5V、7V、9V三档风速指示\r\n风扇自然风支持\r\n支持充电指示\r\n4，多功能和高集成度\r\n内置照明灯驱动\r\n支持移动电源5V输出功能(IP6351S)\r\n按键调整风速(5V、7V、9V)\r\n按键开关\r\n5，低功耗\r\n待机功耗小于50µA\r\n6，BOM极简\r\n功率MOS内置;
