MK9218是一颗6-100V超宽输入电压的同步降压转换器,输出电压范围为0.8-60V.通过搭配合适的MOS管和电感,可提供高达30A的输出电流。MK9218采用电压控制模式,具有优秀的输出电压精度。开关频率100KHz到1MHz可调,可通过外部时钟输入同步避免对噪声敏感应用的影响。

MK9218支持强制PWM模式和二极管仿真模式,强制PWM模式可消除开关频率变化,以降低EMI。用户可选择的二极管仿真模式可用于轻载时降低功耗。在合适的开关频率下,MK9218的占空比在1%-99%之间可调,可以简单的选择输入和输出电压,MK9218还具有电源好信号输出,指示输出电压正常,可进行时序控制和系统送电控制。

MK9218支持同步信号输出和同步信号输入,可使用两颗芯片进行双相降压设计,满足大电流输出需要,输入支持欠压保护,芯片支持供电欠压保护,支持过电流保护和过热保护,采用增强散热的QFN20L封装,尺寸为4.5*3.5mm。
