Advanced Low Power Schottky TTLThis device contains six independent gates, each of which performs the logic INVERT function. The open-collector outputs require external pull-up resistors for proper logical operation. They may be connected to other open-collector outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active-high wired-AND function.
