CIPOS™ Mini 600 V 15 A, three-phase TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 based intelligent power module with open emitter in DIP 36x21 package. It provides fully featured compact inverter solution with excellent thermal performance and power loss for motor drive applications including industrial motor drives, pumps, fan drives and HVAC.
