The IL261E is a 3.3/5.0-volt, 5-channel (4 transmit; 1 receive) isolated, 110 MBaud CMOS compatible logic buffers with 10 ns propagation delay, 3 ns pulse width distortion, 2500 Vrms isolation and 30 kV/microsecond transient immunity. 16-pin wide-body (0.3\"-wide) SOIC package.
