描述 Description
The Broadcom BCM56170 provides 2.5 Gb/s down-link connectivity for IEEE 802.11ac access points, as well as 1 Gb/s and 10 Gb/s connectivity for PCs, cameras, and other LAN devices. An integrated ARM A9 processor enables cost-effective implementations of host software, and when combined with a robust L2/L3 feature set tailored for modern enterprise networks it is clear the BCM56170 is a solid foundation for the design of competitive enterprise switching products.
The BCM56170 supports up to 48 ports of Mgig, 10GbE/25GbE uplinks, and HG stacking. This product is an ideal choice for fixed-configuration switches that operate either as stand-alone units or as port extenders.
