描述 Description
The HTM61xx family of MEMS oscillators was designed for environmentally demanding military applications and ruggedized equipment. It has industry-leading low-power consumption, ultra-small packages and exceptional frequency stability over a wide temperature range, up to 125°C. The HTM61xx MEMS oscillator family has been tested in accordance with MIL-STD-883 and MIL-STD-202 and is available in ultra-small packages from 1.6 mm x 1.2 mm to 7.0 mm x 5.0 mm, which are “drop-in” replacements for standard 4-pin CMOS quartz crystal oscillators. HTM61xx is an excellent choice for use as a reliable reference clock in applications from precision guided munitions to high temperature industrial applications.
