描述 Description

The HS8902CM is a Quad Band GSM/GPRS Transmit Module with six TRX ports. The front end module integrates high performance CMOS PAs, a low insertion loss SP8T, and ESD filter. Internal 50Ω matching, and harmonic filtering circuit are integrated on-chip eliminating the needed for external components, simplifying layout and reducing board space. The device is packaged in a small LGA package (5.5mm x 5.3mm x 0.85mm).
