Description
The HS1108G is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) for GPS/Beidou/GLONASS/Galileo/Compass applications. At only 1.3mA current consumption, It can deliver 18dB power Gain with an excellent noise figure (NF) of 0.45dB. The output matching components are integrated inside the device. Only one external input matching inductor is required. A power down mode was controlled by the enable logic signal.
The HS1108G is manufactured in a compact, small QFN 0.8 x 0.8 x 0.4 mm package. A
