描述 Description

The HM8040 is a high quality 8.1MP CMOS Image Sensor (CIS) designed for exceptional low light performance using VividSense2TM 1.12µ pixel technology to deliver digital still camera image quality in a compact 1/4” optical format.

The sensor operates up to 30 frames per second (FPS) over 4 lane MIPI – CSI2 interface up to 972 Mbps per lane, or 30FPS over 2 lane MIPI up to 1.5Gbps per lane making the sensor ideal for high resolution front cameras. For higher frame rate operation, the sensor support 2 x 2 binning mode for 60FPS without reduction in field of view.

HM8040 provides advanced defect and lens shading correction with up to 5Kb OTP memory to store customer information. All sensor registers and OTP can be accessed through an industry standard 2-wire serial interface.
