描述 Description

HM1482C is a monolithic 30V, 2.5A step-down switching regulator. HM1482C integrates a 36V 86mΩ high side and a 36V, 74mΩ low side MOSFETs to provide 2.5A continuous load current over a 6.5V to 30V wide operating input voltage with input over voltage protection. Peak current mode control provides fast transient responses and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. Programmable soft-start prevents inrush current at power-up.
