描述 Description

The HM03D5 is a 1/13” VGA CMOS Image Sensor SOC designed for ultra-compact camera and video communication applications. The sensor utilizes a versatile chip scale package that can be used for wafer level or conventional camera module.

The HM03D5 simplifies the overall camera system design by integrating the high sensitivity sensor core with an image processing pipeline, automatic exposure and white balance control loop, down-scaler, clock generator, and low dropout regulator.

The sensor employs a one-lane MIPI CSI2 interface compatible with popular wireless communication and application processors. All sensor parameters are controlled through a 2-wire serial interface.
