Broadcom’s AEAT-9922 magnetic encoder series has an 18-bit absolute resolution, or programmable incremental resolution from 1CPR to 10,000 CPR. Design of the encoder features state-of-the-art angular magnetic hall sensing with sophisticated signal conditioning algorithms. For ease of setup, Broadcom has made available a set of development tool kit to perform the programming process without other measurement equipment.
