描述 Description
The HCD681 oven controlled oscillator provides CMOS output with exceptionally tight temperature stability, including options as good as ±1ppb and good close-in phase noise specifications, for example -150dBc/Hz @ 10Hz when operating at 5.0MHz.
The standard US pin-out package provides excellent protection for this high performance oven controlled oscillator which is available at frequencies from 5.0MHz to 20.0MHz and with optional supply voltage, and excellent ageing specifications, with options as good as <2 x 10-10 per day available.
