描述 Description
The GXO-5301D 0.9V oscillator is available over wide frequency range of 0.5~50.0MHz, and features low supply voltage of 0.9V, and fast start up time.
The GXO-5301D comes with enable/disable tristate functionality as standard, and has miniature 5.0 x 3.2mm ceramic package with metal lid. This oscillator is available with tight inclusive frequency stability, with options as good as ±25ppm, is operable over inductrial -40 to +85°C temperature range, and has 15pF driving ability.
