描述 Description

The GX39221 is a dual channel 96Gbaud linear transimpedance amplifier (TIA) for 800G and beyond integrated coherent receivers (ICRs).

The GX39221 integrates two TIA signal paths for \"I\" and \"Q\" channels. The high-performance, low power, and compact design of the GX39221 also enables a small form factor (SFF) integrated optical module such as CFP2 and CFP4.
