描述 Description
GRF4100 is a broadband linear gain block designed forsmall cell, wireless infrastructure and other high performanceapplications. It exhibits outstanding broadband gain and linearity over 200 to 2700 MHz with a singlematch.(1)The device is operated from a supply voltage (VCC) of 2.7to 5.0 V with a selectable ICCQ range of 20 to 40 mA foroptimal efficiency and linearity.(1)GRF4100 is internally matched to 50 Ω at the input andoutput ports, needing only external DC blocks and a biaschoke on the output.(1)
