GRF2078 is a dual-channel, ultra low noise amplifier ideal for operation with external 90 degree hybrids. Data is shown for the 1.7 to 2.0 GHz band with 90 degree hybrid combiners in place. The input hybrid was chosen for absolute lowest NF and the output device as chosenfor small form factor and relatively low cost.(1)Used with or without hybrids, the device can be tuned to deliver outstanding performance in sub-bands ranging over 0.7 GHz to 2.7 GHz. Without hybrids, the device can treated as two independent amplifiers.(1)(1)
