描述 Description

GPT100xA equips an 8-bit CMOS microprocessor with speeds up to 8MHz, 8K-byte flash program memory, 256- byte SRAM data memory, and up to 24 configurable I/O are included for a range of global digital and analog interconnects. It also encompasses the interrupt controller, 8-bit Timer/Counter, WatchDog timer, and internal main ROSC and internal low speed ROSC. It operates at a wide voltage range of 2.6V ~ 5.5V. Plus, a sleep mode is built in for power saving. Other peripherals such as I2C/SPI is for communication, hardware PWMs are for LED effects, analog inverters are for signal process, and sensing block is for touch application.
