描述 Description

GPC74P048A, a 4-bit architecture sound controller, is embedded with a 4-channel SPU which supports MIDI playing, 4-bit RISC CPU, 14-bit PWM, 16 IOs, RAM with 256 nibbles, ROM with 96Kx12-bit. The operating voltage ranges from 2.0V through 5.5V and the CPU operating speed is 1M/2MHz, optional by inner oscillator. Other features include Low Voltage Reset, IR carry output, Watchdog, 5 interrupt sources with two TimeBases, etc.
