GPBA01B, a low cost 8-bit bus extender (BEX) by GENERALPLUS, manipulates two pins, MC0 and MC1, to receive the multiplexed 8-bit address/data bus from main processor, e.g. GENERALPLUS GPL13x and GPLB3x and…etc. GPBA01B is able to facilitate the expansion of memory capacity up to 4M bytes of RAM/ROM/EPROM/FLASH, or 25 I/O pins. Users may concatenate numbers of GPBA01B (up to 7) to fit application needs. Plus, GPBA01B equips a Clock divider to easily generate clock for IR application or any other applications. As compared with GPBA01A, majority of functions are identical, but AC characteristics have better performance and DVP mode is phased
