描述 Description
The UTC GF4149 is a low-power controller for detectinghazardous current paths to ground and ground-to-neutral faults.The UTC GF4149 application circuit opens the load contactsbefore a harmful shock occurs.The UTC GF4149 contains a precision bandgap 14V shuntregulator, precision low-V OS sense amplifier, time-delay noisefilter, window-detection comparators, and an SCR driver. TheSCR driver provides increased current and temperaturecompensation to allow for a wider selection of external SCRs.
