The Qualcomm® FSM100xx is a 5G RAN Platform targeting small cells and remote radio head (RRH) applications. Built around a software defined modem, it is a highly flexible solution that enables OEMs to efficiently harness 5G NR mmWave and sub-6 in their products.  FSM100xx leverages Qualcomm Technologies’ expertise in 10nm mobile technologies to provide optimized power consumption and performance. 5G deployment requirements for both outdoor and indoor scenarios are supported, including wide bandwidth and multi-gigabit throughputs, the ability to achieve compact form factors, and low power consumption required in power-over- Ethernet (PoE) deployments.
