描述 Description

FPF2283CisasuperOVPwithultralowon−resistancesingle channel switch controlled by external logic pin or I2C interface. The device contains an N−MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 2.8V to 28V and can support a maximum continuous current of 10A. Whentheinputvoltageexceedstheover−voltagethreshold,the internalFETisturnedoffimmediatelytopreventdamagetothe protecteddownstreamcomponents.Whenindetectionmode,the internal current source and ADC can be used to calculate the resistance on VIN for moisture detection. FPF2283CUCX is available in a small 20 bumps WLCSP package and operate over the free−air temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
