描述 Description

The FPF2193, FPF2194, and FPF2195 form a series of load sw itches that provides full protection to systems and loads that may encounter large current conditions. These devices contain a 55 mΩ current-limited P-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5 V. Internally, current is prevented from flow ing w hen the MOSFET is off and the output voltage is higher than the input voltage. Sw itch control is by a logic input (ON) capable of interfacing directly w ith low -voltage control signals. Each part contains thermal shutdow n protection that shuts off the sw itch to prevent damage to the part w hen a continuous over-current condition causes excessive heating.
